In this example, virtual office is setup by geographical location.

You can schedule a time and place for you request. In this example, you chose 11:00 – 14:00 on March 8, 2005.

If you look at appointment details, Accram is the scheduled technician. This appointment appears on the Accram system. Accram will now assign the correct person in the correct location for this job. Once assigned, you will receive an email with the new time, date, and the person assigned. Your whiteboard will be updated immediately. You and Accram are sharing the same data. If any parts are needed, the system is automatically updated. You will see the technicians notes, our logistics teams notes, and an estimated time of arrival for the parts. Any time, any entry is made on VO, you can receive an email update. You can always click on any appointment across your locations and see any detail you desire.
